In an effort to be completely transparent, we wanted to let you know that this batch of syrup is made from organic European-grown elderberries. While all of our botanicals have always been sourced from US or North American farms, we were not able to source American grown elderberries this year and we have decided that the need of this particular moment outweighs our sourcing standards for this case. These berries are still of the highest quality, frozen instead of dried, and you should notice that our syrups are just like they have been in the past. We hope you agree that this was the right choice. Here’s to our collective health.
