All OWL loaves are naturally leavened (sourdough) made with 100% Organic Flour, and all include some locally, stone-milled flours.

Note: Limited availability is set online to ensure that enough is available for walk-up orders each morning. If the bread you are wanting is sold out here, please feel free to come by the bakery on the day it is set to be sold or check back next week. Any bread not listed here is currently not available for online orders.
