A stunningly beautiful biodynamic blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera, this amazingly vibrant daily natural red comes from old vines dating back to 1972 in Tuscany’s Mugello area. It ferments naturally in cement for 2-3 weeks and is bottled with no fining or filtrationa and only minimum amounts of added SO2. It dances on the nose and palate to the tune of fresh wild cherries, Autumn musk, crushed violet petals and a hint of spiced plums.
